Registration Charity Day 9 October @ Keysborough

Please complete the registration form below to register for Mentone Golf Club Charity Day on Thursday 9 October 2025 at Keysborough Golf Club. Shot gun start at 8am.

The form can be used for 1-4 players and those only coming for lunch. Where possible, please register as a team of 4. Our Captain will organise the playing groups where less than 4 players have registered. Entries close Wednesday 1 October 2025 or when the field is full.

By clicking SUBMIT this form will be forwarded to the Captain and Treasurer of Mentone Golf Club. Following submission of this form, please transfer registration fees to:
