After weeks of the wet and dreary now cometh fair golfing weather.  Thursday morning, 11th of Dec, was quite the fairest that I can remember out there thwacking the dimpled ball.  The weather mild and pleasant, the Keysborough course picturesque as ever with its abundant native birdlife presented an idyllic setting in which to wrap up the MGC year.

Dressed up in red, white, black with some funny and imaginative creations among them, members gathered for a morning of lighthearted golf.  The nine holes, completed comfortably, was followed by prize giving and a delicious lunch served by the capable and attentive Keysborough staff.  Notably, fun and festive jollity brought this occasion to yet another enjoyable MGC end of year.
