2024 Christmas Break-up – 5 Dec 2024

It was a well attended RGB day at Keysborough golf club.  Red being the dress-up theme for the day, green for the harmonious blend of fairways and eucalypts and blue for that typical Australian summer sky. (‘RGB’ is the colour model where all other colours are constructed from red, green and blue).

Fifty three MGC golfers kicked off on a beautiful morning playing nine holes of the fun Ambrose format.  Close to the completion of nine holes, the rising temperature soon became a little too oppressive for some resulting in a few withdrawals.  Fortunately, a cool drink and lunch wasn’t too far away.   Celebration in the clubhouse was one of Christmas joy, fellowship and good natured competitive fun.   As usual, Keysborough Bar and Catering provided a thoroughly professional and enjoyable lunch. 

As we wrap up 2024, we wish all members a Merry Christmas, good health and happiness in the year to come.
