MGC’s 70^th Anniversary Dinner at Victoria Golf Club was well attended and a what lively celebration it was!  The presence of many past members who joined in this important occasion was heartwarming and is testimony to a culture of strong fellowship within the club.  In all, it was an impressive turnout.  Months of planning and groundwork by our illustrious committee resulted in a smoothly run event supported by the pleasant and efficient staff at Victoria Golf Club. 

70 years of memorabilia.  From the delicate and fragile items to the photographs that are now secure within the realm of modern technology, these were all carefully displayed to provide a view into the club’s history.

As we launch into the next decade, it is opportune to announce that our website now has an updated banner showing current members in 2024.  Also for the occasion, a 70^th Anniversary photo book was compiled and printed for posterity.   It can be viewed online in the form of an animated flipbook by clicking here or a link can also be found by going to the ‘Our Club’ page of this website.
