Nola Millar – Her milestone

Today, 21st of December, we give special recognition to Nola Millar on reaching her 80th year and for her steadfast support and service to Mentone Golf Club.
Nola joined MGC in 1990. She was Treasurer for 6 years, Secretary for 5 and was made a Life Member in 2009. She is also a regular participant in the Howlong weekends. On 19 March 2015, Nola scored a hole in one on the 13th hole at Sandringham.
As Life member, she gives a steady hand radiating wise counsel that benefits all at MGC.
A December birthday in proximity to Christmas Day often means … celebrate early! Nola celebrated her 80th birthday with her family last week. Hence, this scoop photo leaked by someone known to her.
